2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this website (including branding, images, layouts, articles, and text) are the intellectual property of Vector Viral. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish these assets without written permission.

3. Commercial Licensing of Templates

When purchasing game source code templates (e.g. Unity or Godot projects) from our store:

• Single Use License: Grants you the right to modify, compile, and publish one (1) compiled application build to mobile app stores (Google Play, iOS App Store) for commercial or personal projects.
• No Resale: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the raw source code files, project folders, or asset files to any third party or publishing them on code repositories.

4. Academy Enrolment and Tuition Refund Policy

All fees paid for enrollments in Vector Viral academy courses (e.g. Unity Dev training, Advanced ASO) are final. Digital course materials and lectures are accessible instantly upon payment confirmation. We do not offer refunds once educational materials have been accessed or downloaded.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our source code templates, ASO recommendations, and course tutorials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that your compiled games will be approved by third-party app stores (Google Play/Apple App Store) or achieve specific search rankings. In no event shall Vector Viral be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from app store rejections, policy violations, or loss of developer accounts.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
